Turning professional in 2016 after a stellar amateur career, Guido always looked destined to take the game by storm. For his first 2 seasons in 2017 and 2018 he played a mixed schedule between the Challenge Tour and Alps Tour, the latter where he picked up 3 three victories before achieving his European Tour card through Q school in 2018.
Harbouring a big reputation, he didn’t take long to make his presence felt in his Rookie season on Tour. He made a seamless transition to the main stage of European golf in 2019, winning twice at the Magical Kenya Open and the Belgian Knockout.
Guido flourished at his first major, the 2021 US Open where he finished in Tied 4th place. Known for his ruthless finishing ability, Guido already boasts five professional wins and will continue to compete on the European Tour where he chases even more. Having reached a career high world ranking of 72nd in June 2021, Guido will stop at nothing in his bid to break inside the world’s top-50 so he can further showcase his growing talent to the golfing world.
